DOHA - The International Football Federation (FIFA) has announced that the draw for the second edition of the "FIFA-Qatar-2025" Arab Cup, scheduled for December 1-18, will occur on May 24 in Doha. In addition to the Arab Cup draw, the final phase of the U17 World Cup will also be drawn, taking place in Qatar with 48 nations participating.
Algeria, the champion of the inaugural 2021 FIFA Arab Cup, has been invited by FIFA to defend its title. In the inaugural FIFA Arab Cup held in 2021 in Doha, Algeria triumphed over Tunisia, winning 2-0 after extra time.
